The first year of physics is challenging, and study groups can provide academic and moral support. All students are invited to participate in first-year physics study sessions organized by the CSE Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Initiative on Thursday, Oct. 14.

The first year of physics is challenging, and study groups can provide academic and moral support. All students are invited to participate in first-year physics study sessions organized by the CSE Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Initiative.

First-Year Physics Study Group Tutoring Session

4-5 p.m. OR 5-6 p.m. Central Time
Register for the first-year physics study group session

You'll connect with other students in your physics lecture, meet other first-year students, begin to form study groups, and study with graduate tutors. Bring your homework and study materials. Throughout the rest of the semester, you can choose when and where to meet to study. The WISE Initiative will send email reminders to meet, study resources, and words of encouragement as tests approach.
