The Institute on the Environment invites students to submit an abstract on their sustainability-related research or project for the 2018 Sustainability & Energy Expo on Friday, April 6. Abstracts are due Sunday, Feb. 18.

The Institute on the Environment invites students to submit an abstract to present their research, campus projects, student-initiative, or creative work on sustainability for the 2018 Sustainability & Energy Expo.

2018 Sustainability & Energy Expo
Friday, April 6, 2018
9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Rapson Hall

Expo details:

  • Any student may apply! The Expo welcomes submissions from post-doctoral, graduate, professional and undergraduate students from any department or major. Students from the University of Minnesota with sustainability research underway may apply. 
  • Submissions for research, campus projects, student-initiatives or creative work may be in categories of: posters, lightning talks and creative work (including multimedia). 
  • Prizes will be awarded to winning entries, peer review will be available to all, and free lunch offered for all who pre-register. 

Proposals should be submitted on the Expo's submission form.

Abstracts are due Sunday, Feb, 18, 2018.
