The Society of Women Engineers supports and encourages women in science and engineering fields by providing leadership opportunities, outreach experiences, community involvement, teamwork skills, and personal/professional development for females in science and engineering.

Graduate Women in Biomedical Engineering strives to build camaraderie and discuss issues related to being a woman in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
