Saturday, June 2, 2018
Noon-1 p.m.
Minnesota State Fairgrounds Grandstand

"Maker" is a term used to cover a wide range of creative work, projects and hobbies. If you are a tinkerer, coder, woodworker, crafter, farm hacker, artist, student, designer, chemist, roboticist, entrepreneur, scientist, food inventor, metalworker, educator, green technology creator, inventor, corporate designer or bicycle builder, you are a maker!

In addition to the public festival on Saturday, Education Day on Friday, June 1 is an invitation-only half-day field trip that lets area 7th graders get a preview of the Faire. Makers who participate in both Education Day and the public Faire are eligible for a supplies stipend. Hands-on activities are a plus!

Since 1998, Minneapolis-St. Paul Mini Maker Faire has offered classes at its own workshop, schools and community events providing tools and materials to design and build engineering, art and technology projects
