The Department of Defense (DOD) SMART Scholarship Program assists the department in finding top candidates to fill crucial civilian employment roles by connecting DOD labs and facilities with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) college students who want to be a part of something meaningful that creates positive, lasting change. The purpose of this session is to provide students with information on SMART benefits, eligibility, employment opportunities, and the application process.
