The international mentoring platform is exclusive to academic inventors, and is designed to foster a community of innovation and collaboration by connecting students and early-career innovators with world-renowned and seasoned innovators.

Mentor/mentee matches are made based on common fields of study and selected consultation requests. These mentors will help emerging inventors navigate the process from discovery, to licensing, and commercialization of the new technology.

If you are interested in being mentored on the GAIN platform, visit nai.firsthand.co, create a profile and register with your University of Minnesota email address.
