This single-day immersion program targeted to University faculty, and staff and student researchers, will introduce core concepts and resources for commercialization of research-driven innovations using Lean LaunchPad curriculum. Topics include:

  • Product-market fit
  • Market assessment
  • Getting started: commercialization milestones
  • Academic roles in commercialization
  • Intellectual property and technology transfer and working with the OTC

Ag, Biotech and Environment Innovation Commercialization Bootcamp

This single-day immersion program is designed for researchers in biotechnology and the environmental sciences. Participants will use Lean Innovation Principles to determine product-market fit, as well as key players and processes along the commercialization journey. Topics include:

  • The commercialization journey: success and challenges
  • Research and career implications and next steps
  • Intellectual property and technology transfer
