Attendees will hear case studies of Atland Ventures' portfolio companies, get to know the investor side of raising money, and how they conduct their diligence when making investment decisions. Attendees also will have the opportunity to ask questions and network with Atland Ventures' partners.

Held as part of Twin Cities Startup week, the event is geared to student entrepreneurs and those interested in starting or already have started their own companies. Atland representatives will talk about raising money and why they invested in the companies they did to give student entrepreneurs an idea of what investors look for in startup companies.

Atland Ventures is a student group whose members are comprised of approximately 30 percent CSE students, including computer science, biomedical engineering, and industrial and systems engineering.
