Noon-1 p.m.
Blegen Hall, Room 155

"Design for Sustainable Development: Discovery" is a Global Seminar in Bangalore, India, during May Session 2020. Bangalore is India’s entrepreneurship hub where environmental and quality of life issues are distinctly intertwined.

During this three-week, three-credit course, you will study grand challenges related to water, energy, waste, health, and agriculture by exploring urban slums and rural villages. You'll investigate the role of entrepreneurship in achieving financially viable solutions to these challenges, and work with Indian students to design solutions to real, sustainable development issues.
