CSE Winter Light Show

The event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required.

Join the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering (CSE) for four dazzling light shows designed by science and engineering students. The high-tech light show features more than 250,000 LED lights set to music written and recorded by University of Minnesota students.

Now in its ninth year, the show has become a campus winter tradition. This year's show features new light installations, including two new signs, 10 two-foot lighted snowflakes, several lighted trees, and new music.

The entire show will last about 20 minutes.

The show is presented by the Tesla Works student group and sponsored by Polaris Inc. with additional funding provided by the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering Student Services, the University of Minnesota Parent and Family Program, and Polaris Inc..

Premiere Party
The Premiere Party is Friday, Dec. 6, 5-6:30 p.m., in the WSB and Rosene Student Lounges, Civil Engineering Building, Second Floor. Free hot chocolate and cookies will be provided while supplies last.
