Norway 2020 May Global Seminar info session is Wednesday, Feb. 12

Learn more about a three-week May global seminar in Norway, "Field Methods in Water Quality," at an upcoming information session.

Based in Trondheim, Norway, students attending this global seminar will investigate various methods to analyze the quality of lakes, streams, drinking water, and wastewater, and gain hands-on experience assessing water quality.

Outside of class, students will have the opportunity to explore Trondheim’s waterfront, cathedrals, fort, and beaches. There are plenty of hiking opportunities along the fjord and in the hills surrounding the city. There will also be trips to Norway's capital, Oslo, and exploration of museums, mountains and fjords.

Tentative travel dates: ​ May 15, 2020-June 6, 2020
Credit received: Students will receive three technical elective credits (with departmental approval)
Eligibility: Open to all CSE students
Language prerequisite: None
