Go to class online!

For the rest of the semester, classes will continue online or will be delivered in another alternative way. Please be in touch with your instructors as needed. Instructors will be using a variety of methods to deliver your course materials, and there are technology resources available to help. In particular, be sure to check out the Zoom Self Help Guide.

Technology Help

The Technology Help service desk is your first point of contact when you need technical support. Use the online chat feature or email help@umn.edu for the fastest response.

Course Materials

If you don’t have access to your textbooks or materials, contact your instructor to see if there are options. The University Libraries may have these materials or you can let them know if you would like them to look into purchasing e-books or e-resources by suggesting a purchase.

Library Resources

Although the Libraries are closed physically, they are still available to help with your coursework. Their collections are accessible through several means including Google Scholar and the Libraries website. Also, check out their page on essential teaching and research services.

Tutoring and Academic Support

You can still get the help you need through tutoring, writing, and research support. Check out success.umn.edu for an overview of the various online learning support services.
