Ann Sheldon is the Vice President of Global Supplier Quality at Medtronic Inc. She is passionate about career development and, through Medtronic Women’s Network, facilitates Lean in Circles, mentors emerging leaders, and sponsors development programs. Ann holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and has completed the Minnesota Executive Program. She serves on the UMAA board of directors.

Hardisha White holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and was the first in her family to receive a college degree. As a Senior Process Engineer at General Mills during the past seven years, she has helped lead million-dollar capital projects for some of the company's popular products including Larabar and Yoplait Oui Petites.

UMAA webinars and online sessions are free to University students and alumni, and most are also free and available to the public.
