During this CSE Global Seminar program, student teams will evaluate community needs and infrastructure to model potable water-handling systems. Earn three credits in less than three weeks!

Design for Life: Water in Tanzania
Travel dates: ​Thursday, Dec. 31, 2020-Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021
Credit received: Students will receive three credits for ME 4583 or CEGE 4583. This course also fulfills Liberal Education themes Global Perspectives, and Technology and Society.
Eligibility: Open to upper division CSE students.
Admission: Admission is by application and space is limited.
Language prerequisite: None
Priority application deadline: Monday, June 29, 2020

The seminar will include a cultural and geographical introduction to Tanzania, its land and people, as well as a trip to Ruaha National Park, one of the world’s most famous safari destinations.
