The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) will host the webinar "HeforSWE" addressing gender bias on campus and beyond on Monday, March 29, 7 p.m. Central Time. Roger Green, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at North Dakota State University, will present "Engaging Men as Allies for Gender Equity." A panel discussion will follow. Advance registration is required.

Registrants will receive a Zoom link.

Roger Green, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering at North Dakota State University, will present "Engaging Men as Allies for Gender Equity." Green is a lead member of the NDSU Advance FORWARD Advocates, a group of men faculty committed to gender equality in and across the institution.

Attendees also will hear from a panel of CSE students and alumni about what it is like to be women in CSE, what can be done to improve the environment, and what University of Minnesota students can do to support women in STEM.

All attendees will receive a certificate of completion following the event.
