Gophers Protecting Gophers: Get the Vax

Staying safe during COVID-19 takes all of us. That's why University of Minnesota students, enrolled online or in person, are required to complete a Student COVID-19 Vaccination Immunization Form by Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, providing information regarding their vaccination status and any exemptions from receiving the vaccination. Several free, on-campus COVID-19 vaccination clinics are scheduled during the coming weeks. As a reminder, face coverings are required in all campus buildings until further notice.

If you do not provide the Vaccination Form by the Oct. 8 deadline, you will be out of compliance with the University’s vaccination requirement and a registration hold will be placed on your record, prohibiting you from registering for future classes until you comply with the requirement.

Currently any FDA fully or emergency approved vaccine (Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson) is acceptable, as are the vaccines authorized or approved by the World Health Organization.

Our University of Minnesota community is safer because we all do our part. Protect yourself and others by getting vaccinated, wearing a mask, and getting tested. Learn more on the Safe Campus COVID-19 website.
