Get professional experience!

Students and new graduates can explore different industries, gain new skills, and make professional connections with the the University's alumni-supported Maroon and Gold Network Projects program.

With a brief time commitment between five and 40 hours, Projects from the Maroon and Gold Network represents an opportunity for students and new graduates to advance their academic and career goals with short-term, real-world professional experiences without the barriers presented by traditional internships. Projects also provides alumni the opportunity to give back while gaining timely support for their company or organization.

Projects are available during winter break 2021, spring break 2022, and early summer break 2022.

As part of the application process, students are required to submit a resume. Download the CSE Career Center Resume Guide and schedule an appointment with a career counselor or drop-in appointment Monday-Friday from 2-4 p.m. Central Time.

To learn more about and get started with Projects, log into the Maroon and Gold Network Projects website.
