The program runs Sunday, July 3-Friday, July 22 in person at Wolfram Research Headquarters in Champaign, IL. Summer School attendees are also required to attend an online preparatory week Monday, June 27-Saturday, July 2.

Students are each assigned a project mentor. Students and their mentors will meet with Wolfram Research founder and CEO Stephen Wolfram to discuss project ideas and final project assignments. Projects are chosen to fit the career and educational objectives of each student and typically involve computer experiments programmed in the Wolfram language. Students will present their projects at the end of the Summer School.

Financial aid is available.
