Learn about guidelines for employers recruiting CSE students
The College of Science and Engineering (CSE) understands the competitive and deadline-driven process of recruiting. To reduce the likelihood of students feeling pressured to make hasty decisions to accept then renege on a job offer, employers are asked to adhere to CSE recruiting policies. If you receive an offer that doesn’t meet these guidelines, you can share the policies directly with the company and ask for more time to decide.
