Advanced Energy's STEM Diversity Scholarship provides $20,000 to qualified students majoring in electrical and computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or material science. The scholarship in intended to encourage greater gender, ethnic, and racial representation within Advanced Energy and the industry at large to meet the growing demand for engineering talent. Scholarship recipients also will have the opportunity to intern with Advanced Energy.

Application deadline: Tuesday Jan. 31, 2023

Eligible students are:

• Undergraduate students at least one year from graduation
• Enrolled in a STEM area of study
• Able to maintain a 3.25 or higerh GPA

Applicants must submit:

• A letter of recommendation from a previous STEM professor or supervisor/manager
• A personal essay up to 500 words
• An up-to-date resume
