Learn more about the May 2023 CSE Global Seminar studying existing and emerging energy production methods and energy usage in Iceland, Denmark, and Norway at an information session Thursday, Jan. 26. If you're interested, talk to your family over winter break and mark your calendar to attend.

Learn more about a three-week May global seminar in Iceland, Denmark, and Norway, "Energy Production Methods in Scandinavia," at an upcoming information session.

Energy Production Methods in Scandinavia Info Session            

Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023
1:30-2:30 p.m.
Mechanical Engineering, Room 1130

Students will have the opportunity to study existing and emerging energy production methods and energy usage in Iceland and Denmark. Site visits include research universities, related government agencies, wind turbine manufacturers, geothermal power plants, wind farms, and hydro facilities.

Tentative travel dates: ​ Tuesday, May 16, 2023-Sunday, June 4, 2023
Credit received: Students will receive three technical elective credits (with departmental approval)
Language prerequisite: None
