The University Libraries offer "distraction-free" studying for finals that includes extended hours, as well as stress-reducing activities. Walter Library is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week with limited access using your U Card beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9 through 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22.
The library has individual study space, copy machines, and more. You can reserve a group study room. You can also enjoy study breaks and stress-reducing activities. In addition, there are extended tutoring hours and Exam Jam events through Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Outside of normal library business hours (public access), you will need to use your U Card to access the building from either the Pleasant Street or Northrop Mall entrances. Other areas including elevators and study areas may require card access as well.
