Employers host virtual information sessions this week

Employers Estee Lauder Companies and TE Connectivity will host virtual career information sessions for CSE students this week.

Attend the ASCE Virtual Fall Career Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 3

The University of Minnesota student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) hosts its Fall Virtual Career Fair on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on the Career Fair Plus platform. Meet with approximately 27 companies that offer internships, co-ops, and full time positions in a variety of engineering fields. All CSE students are welcome to attend.

Attend a panel discussion for LGBTQ+ students interested in grad school on Thursday, Nov. 12

The Steven J. Schochet Endowment and the Gender and Sexuality Center for Queer and Trans Life (GSC) will host a student panel on Thursday, Nov. 12, 5-6 p.m. to help LGBTQ+ undergraduates learn about the process of applying to graduate school. A panel of graduate and professional students will share advice and insight from their experiences. Register for the event by Nov. 5.

Apply for the May 2021 global seminar in Tanzania

Be a part of a hands-on engineering challenge with real-world impact in Tanzania next spring. Originally set for January 2021, this global seminar has been rescheduled for May 2021, and applications are still being accepted!
