Pre-register now for the CSE Career Fair on Tuesday, Sept. 19 and Wednesday, Sept. 20

Pre-register now for the Fall 2017 CSE Career Fair. More than 250 companies and organizations will attend the two-day fair as they search for new employees and interns. Pre-register for both days, since different employers will be attending each day.

Employers host info sessions and events this week

Several employers including Boeing, ExxonMobil, Ford Motor Company, and Honeywell are visiting campus this week to talk about career opportunities with CSE students.

No academic advising or career counseling drop-in hours on Sept. 19 or 20

CSE Academic Advising and the CSE Career Center will not have drop-ins on Tuesday, Sept. 19 and Wednesday, Sept. 20 due to the Fall CSE Career Fair. Normal drop-in hours will resume on Thursday, Sept. 21.

Attend the Engineering Co-op Program Career Fair on Thursday, Sept. 21

If you're majoring in materials science, mechanical, electrical, computer, industrial, biomedical, or chemical engineering, you could get a co-op job with a company through the Engineering Co-op Program.

Apply for a MnSPE scholarship by Friday, Oct. 27

Applications are now being accepted for the 2017-2018 Minnesota Professional Engineers Foundation (MnSPE) scholarships. Approximately $15,000 in scholarships will be awarded.

Ireland 2018: First-Year STEM Global Seminar Info Session Thursday, Sept. 21

This global seminar is an opportunity for first-year STEM students to go abroad, engage with faculty and staff, make friends, gain new experiences, and earn credit.

Nicaragua 2018 Global Seminar Info Session Monday, Sept. 25

Learn more about this three-week global seminar in Nicaragua. Students will study local energy production through community engagement and hands-on work.
