Students are invited to learn more about planning for the Winter Break 2025-26 group, speak with faculty, and get their questions answered at this information session on Thursday, April 17, 3-4 p.m., Mechanical Engineering.

Tanzania Global Seminar Information Session

Thursday, April 17, 2025

3-4 p.m.

Mechanical Engineering, Room 1130

Program highlights and details:

• Earn three credits
• Gain hands-on experience of an engineering challenge with real-world impact
• Evaluate community needs and infrastructure to model potable water-handling systems
• Be introduced to the land and the people of Tanzania
• Experience both Tanzanian city life and village life
• Stay in Ruaha National Park, one of the world’s most famous safari destinations
