University closed Thursday, Nov. 28-Friday, Nov. 29

The University is closed on Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 for the Thanksgiving holiday break. University Libraries are open regular hours on Saturday, Nov. 30 and Sunday, Dec. 1.

Attend the Graduate School Application Review Event Monday, Nov. 25

The graduate school application process can be overwhelming, but getting feedback from others who have gone through the process can help! The CSE Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Initiative will host a Graduate School Application Review Event on Monday, Nov. 25, 4:30-6 p.m., Walter Library, Room 101. Get feedback on your application materials, personal statement, and more. Anyone applying to graduate school is welcome to attend!

Discuss study abroad opportunities with your family over Thanksgiving break

Thanksgiving break is a great time to talk to your family about adding study abroad to your college plan. There are a lot of opportunities for CSE students to learn abroad—from first year to senior year.

Use a safety escort when on campus late

If you're on campus late, call for a security escort, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on all campuses and locations within a mile of campus. You can also call the Gopher Chauffeur for a ride any evening.
