More than 120 companies and organizations will attend the Spring 2022 CSE Virtual Career Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 8. Employers are searching for undergraduate and graduate students to fill internship, co-op, and full-time positions. You can sign up to speak with employers individually beginning Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 8 a.m. Central Time.

Join the CSE community on Monday, Feb. 7, 12:30-1 p.m. for a short, 30-minute virtual workshop that will give you the practical foundation you need to make your Google docs, Zoom meetings, presentations, emails, websites, and other digital materials more accessible to everyone. This workshop is for CSE students, faculty, and staff.

The Office of Orientation and Transition Experiences (OTE) is hiring a team of orientation and transfer student leaders for summer 2022 who want to make a positive impact on incoming students. These paid, part-time orientation and transfer student leaders are responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment during New Student Orientation and Welcome Week. The University of Minnesota Ronald E. McNair Program is accepting applications through Tuesday, Feb. 1 for the summer 2022 cohort. The goal of McNair Scholars is to give undergraduate students intensive, faculty-driven research experiences and prepare students for entry into and success in graduate school. Students receive a stipend and receive course credit.

Volunteers needed for MATHCOUNTS competition on Friday, Feb. 11

The Minnesota MATHCOUNTS organization is looking for volunteers to help run their annual City of the Lakes competition on Friday, Feb. 11. Volunteer shifts are available for event set up, test proctoring, student group activities, and event logistics throughout the day. Like Fall 2021, the Spring 2022 Career Fair on Tuesday, Feb. 8, will be virtual. Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 8 a.m. Central Time, you can sign up to speak with employers during the fair. More than 120 companies and organizations will be available to meet with you one-on-one as they search for new employees and interns.
