Learn more about CSE's Academic Warning policy.

If you are currently on academic warning (formerly known as academic probation), the CSE Office of Academic Advising will review your fall semester grades once they are posted.

If you do not meet the terms of your warning period, you will be notified via email by the end of the day Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2025, that you will be suspended, and you will be dropped from any future classes for which you are registered.

If you have extenuating circumstances with supporting documentation that would warrant an exception to CSE's suspension policy, you will have until 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, to appeal your status. If you do not appeal, or your appeal is not approved, you will be dropped from all future classes for which you are registered. Please review the extenuating circumstances link above and your suspension email for information on how to petition.

Again, please watch your email closely on Wednesday Jan. 8, 2025, and visit the CSE Academic Warning and Suspension section of the CSE Academic Advising website for more information.
