Learn more about the ACR Tabling Event

Stop by ACR Homes table on the first floor of Lind Hall (by Starbucks) anytime between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to learn more about meaningful jobs, careers, gap year experiences, and internships impacting people with disabilities.

ACR Homes is a Twin Cities-based group home company that provides personalized and high-quality care for adults with disabilities. The company's mission is to enhance the quality of life for the individuals it supports. This is achieved through person-centered care, small homes instead of large care facilities, small staff-to-resident ratios, and ensuring that its activities are as high-quality as its care.

ACR Homes is seeking students who resonate with the values of care, compassion, health and wellness, inclusivity, respect, kindness, responsibility, and acceptance to become Direct Care Professionals (DCP). DCPs work hands-on with individuals with disabilities in its homes, acting as positive role models, advocates, friends, and caregivers.

Locations are near campus, and pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour. All employees receive paid training, making it possible for students with or without experience to work in this caregiving role. Stop by the ACR Homes recruiting table to learn more and schedule a virtual job interview.
