This interactive session offers students the opportunity to meet McKinsey consultants and learn what it’s like to work at the firm. Consultants from the Minneapolis office will share their paths to McKinsey and discuss how they navigated their own recruiting journeys.
Attendees will gain insight into working at McKinsey and have the opportunity to ask questions about consulting. The session will be interactive, featuring an example case and networking opportunities with McKinsey colleagues. This is a casual, non-evaluative event intended to help students learn more about the firm and the recruiting process.
Hiring for summer 2025 and full-time 2025 undergraduate roles is complete. However, this session serves as the beginning of the journey for next summer and fall’s interview season.
