Optum is currently recruiting students for their full-time Technology Development Program (TDP). This information session will provide comprehensive insights into the program and the full spectrum of benefits the program provides.
TDP is a one-year, full-time associate program for undergraduate students pursuing a technology-related or engineering degree and who are near the completion of their degree or graduation. The program is dedicated to cultivating a diverse pool of skilled individuals prepared to drive innovation and contribute to Optum’s technological evolution.
With a multifaceted approach that combines training, hands-on experience and mentorship, TDP empowers participants to excel in dynamic tech-driven environments, ensuring a lasting impact on Optum's technological landscape. As part of the Optum team, you will be provided with opportunities to channel your curiosity into initiative as you work alongside distinguished engineers and developers pursuing innovations that improve the health care experience for everyone.
