Enjoy the convenience of virtual visits with expert primary care, nutrition and mental health teams. Whether managing a chronic condition, needing a follow-up or simply preferring the ease of a virtual consultation, patients are covered.

Eligibility

• Patients must be in Minnesota at the time of the appointment.
• All required forms, including telehealth consent forms, must be completed.

How to get started

1. Book an appointment: Currently, telehealth appointments can only be made by calling 612-625-3222.
2. Prepare: Patients should ensure a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for the appointment.
3. Connect: On the day of the appointment, patients can join the virtual visit through the link sent via secure message on their MyBoynton Patient Portal.
