This time of the semester can be stressful and there are a lot of difficult things happening in the world. If you’re struggling, know you aren’t alone. Remember, taking care of yourself is just as important as everything else on your plate even if it feels hard to find time.
Here are some helpful campus resources:
Crisis support

- Urgent same-day counseling at Boynton Health’s East Bank Clinic. Call 612-624-1444 or visit the 4th floor Mental Health Clinic 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday, no appointment required.

- Let’s Talk: Drop in to talk with someone virtually or in-person about how to get connected to resources.
- Learn to Live: Online support for anxiety, stress, social anxiety, depression, insomnia or substance use.
Managing stress and focusing on your wellbeing should be part of your everyday routines. For example, moving your body and getting plenty of sleep can help your mental health. Ongoing counseling support and therapy is open and available through Student Counseling Services and Boynton Health.
