Join the University Honors Program!
The University Honors Program is accepting post-freshman admission applications for Fall 2025.
The application deadline is Feb. 1, 2025.
Highly motivated students interested in participating in research, scholarship, or artistic activity under the guidance of a faculty mentor may wish to apply.
Participation in UHP Provides:
- Individualized Honors advising
- Special honors courses and seminars
- A rich array of experiential learning opportunities
- A close-knit community of driven and accomplished students
- Increased access to courses and faculty across colleges, including graduate faculty
- Social events and alumni networking
- The opportunity to graduate with Latin honors (summa cum laude, magna cum laude, cum laude), a nationally recognized symbol of academic achievement
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for Fall 2025 admission, you must have:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50
- A history of strong performance in college coursework, particularly in major and prerequisite coursework
- A planned graduation date of Spring 2027 or later

The information session on Thursday, Nov. 14, will be a special PFA preview event with a panel of current honors students, pizza, and a meet-and-greet with UHP advisors.
