TDP is a one-year, full-time associate program for undergraduate students pursuing a tech-related or engineering degree. The program is dedicated to cultivating a diverse pool of skilled individuals prepared to drive innovation and contribute to Optum’s technological evolution.
With a multifaceted approach that combines training, hands-on experience and mentorship, TDP empowers participants to excel in dynamic tech-driven environments, ensuring a lasting impact on Optum's technological landscape.
