Former Impossible Foods VP to speak at special sustainability event on Wednesday, Nov. 8

Join CSE alumni, faculty, staff and other students for “Sustainability, Innovation, and the Future of Food” on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 6:30 p.m., Northrop's Best Buy Theater. The featured speaker is Nick Halla, a 2005 chemical engineering alumnus, climate entrepreneur, and former senior vice president at Impossible Foods. The event is free and open to the public, and a live stream option is available. Advance registration is requested.

The event will be a thought-provoking conversation between climate entrepreneur Nick Halla, a 2005 chemical engineering alumnus and former senior vice president at Impossible Foods, and Distinguished McKnight University Professor and chemistry department head Christy Haynes.
