If you're a sophomore, join Courtney Schroeder, Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, along with a panel of early career employees from employee resource groups, to discuss their experience working for General Mills. They will cover development topics such as interview tips, personal branding, building a network, growth mindset, and more.

At the end of the session, an exclusive opportunity will be offered to apply early and be considered first for Summer 2025 internships. As a Forbes Top 100 Best Internships Program and a Forbes Top 100 Best Employers for New Grads, the 10-week summer internship is a direct pipeline to a full-time offer at General Mills.

To be eligible for early application and consideration through this event, you must currently be a Sophomore (intended graduation in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026).
