Employer RSM invites interested sophomores who are in the early stages of exploring their career paths and seeking hands-on conference experience to apply for the RSM Race to Crack the Case Conference. During the conference, students will participate in teams to complete a virtual escape room using Alteryx.
This opportunity allows students to experience first-hand how Alteryx's low-code no-code platform facilitates the preparation and modeling of data for effective decision-making by IT professionals. Participants will race against the clock to solve the case, engage in learning about life at RSM before the job – including potential careers, exploring our culture, and experiencing valuable leadership and networking opportunities.

Eligible students must:
- have an up-to-date resume.
- be two years from both graduation and full-time employment eligibility, with an expected graduation date between Winter 2025 to Spring 2027.
- be pursuing, or interested in, a degree related to IT (Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial/Computer/Software Engineering, and/or Accounting).
- be team players motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- demonstrate a desire to be client-focused and learn how to provide skilled advisory services.
- possess strong communication skills.
- demonstrate a commitment to leadership and campus involvement.
- preferably have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
