Apply for the Wells Fargo Enterprise Neurodiversity Program

The Wells Fargo Enterprise Neurodiversity Program is now accepting applications for internships starting in the summer of 2024. The program offers a considerate and accommodating hiring model, allowing candidates to showcase their best selves at the hiring event, rather than adhering to a traditional interview model.

The Wells Fargo Enterprise Neurodiversity Program is now accepting applications for internships starting in the summer of 2024. The program offers a considerate and accommodating hiring model, allowing candidates to showcase their best selves at the hiring event, rather than adhering to a traditional interview model.

Summer 2024 internship opportunities with the Wells Fargo Enterprise Neurodiversity Program include:
  • Analytics Internship (10 open positions):
    • Open to students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
    • Students must have demonstrated knowledge, interest, and/or experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.), and agile methods.
  • Technology-Engineering Internship (10+ open positions):
    • Open to students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, and other technology STEM majors with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025.
    • Students must have demonstrated knowledge, interest, and/or experience with Java, Cloud technology, NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.
Internship opportunities are available in three locations. Applications are due according to the preferred location:
  • Charlotte, NC: Applications are due by Monday, Feb. 19.
  • Phoenix: Applications are due by Monday, March 11.
  • West Des Moines, Iowa: Applications are due by Monday, March 11.
