5:30-6 p.m.: Overview by BBE food engineering faculty.
Enjoy pizza and engage in exploratory discussions alongside an overview presented by the BBE food engineering faculty.
6-7 p.m.: Seminar featuring Lief van Leirop and Nathan Korlesky.
The seminar will feature BBE alumni Lief van Leirop and Nathan Korlesky. Van Leirop, who also is a Ph.D student, brings firsthand experience from his internship at Better Meat Co. Korlesky contributes expertise from his role at Tetra Pak food processing and packaging company.
This event will be held in person, with a Zoom option available for the 6-7 p.m. seminar.
